Even the in the daytime the museum is very well worth the visit. I always come back from Warrnambool refreshed and revitalised. In future we will avoid arriving driving into Warrnambool from Melbourne in the late afternoon as the sun glaring in in your eyes lasts for the last klms.
This is a great place to spend at least a week. There are plenty of great beaches, coastal walks, swimming and fishing spots. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and generally of a really high standard. Warrnambool has some excellent parks and attractions like Flagstaff Hill and Proudfoot's Boathouse, and the outstanding Lake Pertobe Park. Beautiful town with lots to do for kids and adults. I have stayed in Warrnambool 4 times in the last 7 years from 4 nights to 10 nights.
Good base to have day trips to other close by towns. Looking forward to my next visit. The owners were really lovely, they were so kind and looked after us. The motel was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.
The motel is situated next to all the shops ,restaurants and the beach ,perfect location. We will definitely be returning and recommending the motel to all our friends and family. Great value for money We had a wonderful time, caunt Wait to go back. We booked this hotel last minute, about half an hour before we arrived, and got a good deal on a premier suite, luxury room with jacuzzi bath, spotlessly clean and huge, views over looking the beach.
Amazing country stay! All the space and animals made us feel so calm. Its so peaceful yet still close to Warrnambool cbd. Owners are so welcoming they gave us a tour of their horses. Great place for the family and pets. Will be definitely coming back. Conveniently located within the town centre, great unlimited internet connection and very close to all the sightseeing areas. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. Awesome stay for the family with two kids. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was a nice bonus for if you are arriving late in the afternoon, and the food was good value for money, it had the feeling of a family run hotel.
Clean room and very large inside as we had the family room. Check in was easy and very helpful. Short walk to the hotel where you get a discount on meals for staying at the hotel, great. Fantastic 2 bedroom house that makes you feel like your in a home away from home. The host is very lovely and helpful too. Truly a great location to stay with the family!! The entire 3 night stay was lovely, position ideal with walking distance to everything, but I am biased as I did grow up in Warrnambool and always love going back.
Really great accommodation in Warrnambool- large family room, very clean, comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. This property is excellent value for money. Right in the heart of Warrnambool and the staff are lovely.
Rooms are very comfortable and clean. A pet friendly place to stay that was modern and clean. A great backyard for my dog. All the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the beach, very central and convenient. Nice and clean. Balcony with a view. House has everything for a family of 5. The bed was very comfy, and the location was good.
We only one meal at this hotel and it was great.. The amenities and large backyard for our family dog, also close to the main town n the beach. Staff helpful. Quieter than average in city hotel.
