I had to open the multivalve head from the sand pool filter, i took off all the pollen that was really stuck on the sand top surface where so how didnt leave with a backwash and i added around a bag and half of sand 70 pounds more and my issue is resolved within 48 hour.
Not sure if because of the pollen that were stuck on the sand top surface and never be able to leave with a backwash or the fact i realised somehow it was missing a bit of sand.
